ATOZ INFOWAY INC delivered a complete digital solution combining a modern eCommerce website, a seamless mobile app, and an engaging brand experience that highlights purity, ethical farming, and effortless online ordering.

ATOZ INFOWAY INC began by understanding the brand vision, customer expectations, and market standards. We conducted requirement analysis, competitor study, and user persona creation to define the feature roadmap. Wireframes for both the website and mobile app were crafted to outline user journeys and content flow. This phase also established the core eCommerce architecture, including subscription workflows and checkout processes.

In this phase, the complete web experience was designed and developed using OpenCart. A full-screen video-led homepage was created to build emotional connection, supported by interactive storytelling elements. Product pages were enriched with high-quality visuals, infographics, and nutritional details. Features like a lactation cycle tracker, virtual farm gallery, blog, myth-buster section, and video testimonials were integrated, along with a full eCommerce system including cart, checkout, and payment gateway.

The cross-platform mobile app was developed using Ionic to provide a smooth and intuitive experience for daily users. It included easy product browsing, subscription management, fast checkout, saved addresses, and WhatsApp support. Firebase push notifications were implemented for real-time delivery updates, reminders, and promotional messages. The app UI was optimised for both urban and low-connectivity regions.

The final phase included end-to-end testing, performance optimisation, and responsiveness checks across devices. The website and app were deployed on AWS and Firebase, ensuring high uptime and speed. SEO setup, analytics integration, and marketing tracking were configured. The client team received training on managing orders, blogs, inventory, and customer queries. This ensured a smooth handover and operational readiness.
